UPCOMING SVNA COMMUNITY MEETINGS & EVENTS

Fun Summer: We haven’t gotten the meeting tied down yet, but we are very excited to welcome back Gabriella Calicchio, Marin County Director of Cultural Services. As in prior years, she will tell us about the upcoming Marin County Fair and provide free tickets for the lucky winner of our door raffle. Also, we have invited the JCC to join us for a presentation and, as well, are hoping to have someone from Friends of China Camp attend to give a presentation about local birds.

♦ Tuesday, August 6, 2024, 7pm, at Korean Presbyterian Church
National Night Out: We are excited to, once again, meet in person for National Night Out! These meetings have been a great success in previous years, so we’re planning on doing it again. We’ll start the meeting at 7pm and plan on staying until the conversation is over. So, if you can’t get there earlier, come later. As in previous years, we hope to be joined by Deputies from the Marin County Sheriff’s Department and Firefighters from the San Rafael Fire Department. We are never sure who will be able to attend – depending on service calls – but fingers crossed all is well! Left on our own, I’m sure we will have plenty to discuss so either way, count on an interesting and informative evening! Bring your questions, suggestions, and concerns and join us to meet your neighbors at 7pm at the Korean Presbyterian Church, 635 Adrian Way.

Most meetings include Working Committee presentations regarding Membership, our Watershed, Neighborhood Beautification, Social Activities, Traffic, Parks, and more… as time allows.
